ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Jeff Knight is a retired corporate lawyer having handled transactional and litigation work at his own firm and later as part of an 80-member corporate department at a larger firm. He has worked with countless early stage tech companies to help with formation, fundraising, data privacy, commercial agreements and more.
In 2018, Jeff launched a legal tech company working with some of the best and brightest across the AmLaw200 and within the tech community. He has successfully led other tech companies over the last five years, raising millions from venture and professional angels, and now assists early-stage tech companies and law firms as a consultant and business coach in such areas: go-to-market strategy, recruitment, product, pricing, fundraising, and more. Jeff enjoys meeting passionate founders/operators who are experiencing their conviction and creativity, and helping them navigate getting their new business up and flying right.
